How We Quote

Fixed-Price Quotes, No Hourly Rates

Every TACT quote is a fixed price based on an on-site assessment. We do not charge hourly rates because we believe you should know exactly what you are paying before any work begins.

Insurance typically covers biohazard cleaning under home and contents, landlord, and strata policies. We provide full documentation and can liaise directly with your insurer so your out-of-pocket cost may be limited to your excess.

  • Fixed-price quotes with no surprise charges
  • Free on-site assessment
  • Full insurance documentation provided
  • Direct insurer liaison on your behalf

Common Questions About Pricing

Every job is different. A small contained blood spill on a hard surface is very different from a multi-room scene with subsurface contamination. Factors affecting price include the size of the affected area, the type and severity of contamination, the materials involved (carpet and timber cost more than tile or concrete), whether structural elements need removal, and urgency.

In most cases, yes. Home and contents insurance, landlord insurance, and strata policies typically include cover for biohazard remediation. We provide detailed documentation formatted for insurance claims and can liaise directly with your insurer.

No. Quotes are free. We conduct an on-site assessment, evaluate the scope of work, and provide a detailed fixed-price quote with no obligation.

We accept direct bank transfer, credit card, and can invoice insurers directly. Payment terms are discussed at quote stage.

For larger jobs we may request a deposit to secure the booking. This is discussed at quote stage and documented in writing.
