The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) is the industry standard body for biohazard remediation, forensic cleaning, and trauma scene decontamination worldwide. Every TACT technician holds current IICRC certification and undergoes annual refresher training.
Certification is only awarded after rigorous training, written examinations, and ongoing professional development. It covers areas including Trauma and Crime Scene Cleaning, Applied Microbial Remediation (mould), and Applied Structural Drying.
