Where verification testing (such as ATP testing or independent clearance testing) is part of the agreed scope, we will provide documentation of the results. Where this verification confirms our work meets the relevant threshold, we consider the job complete.
Some outcomes are inherently uncertain (for example, the long-term re-occurrence of mould depends on ongoing moisture conditions outside our control, and odour management in heavily contaminated properties may require multiple treatments). We will explain any limitations at quoting stage. Any guarantees offered will be in writing as part of the agreed scope.
