How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to provide quotes, schedule and deliver our services, communicate with you about your job, manage payment, handle insurance claims on your behalf, produce chain-of-custody documentation, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, and improve our services. We may also use your contact details to send follow-up communications about your job.

We do not use your personal information for marketing purposes without your consent. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

Disclosure to Third Parties

This includes insurers and loss adjusters managing your claim, payment processors, solicitors, executors, property managers, and NDIS plan managers engaged on your behalf, regulatory authorities such as Victoria Police, the Coroner's Court of Victoria, WorkSafe Victoria, and the Environment Protection Authority where required by law, and licensed waste transport and disposal facilities (chain-of-custody requirements).

We may also disclose information to our internal IT, accounting, and cloud storage service providers who assist us with running the business. Where we engage these providers, we require them to protect personal information consistent with this policy. We do not disclose personal information overseas unless required by law.

How We Store and Protect Information

Personal information is held in secure electronic systems and (where physical records exist) in secured premises. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and regular backups to protect information from loss, unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure.

We retain personal information only for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide our services, meet our regulatory and insurance obligations, and resolve disputes. Job records may be retained for seven years for tax and insurance purposes. We securely destroy or de-identify information when it is no longer required.
